In compliance with the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, you must be 19 years of age or older to purchase vaping products at our store or online. For orders shipping outside of Ontario, we strictly follow the legal age of the destination province (e.g., 21+ for Prince Edward Island).

How does age verification work for online orders?

We take youth prevention seriously. We use a secure digital age-verification system at checkout. Furthermore, all packages are shipped via Canada Post with a "Proof of Age" (PoA) requirement. This means a valid government-issued photo ID must be presented to the courier at the time of delivery; packages cannot be left in mailboxes.

Do you offer local delivery in Toronto?

Yes! We offer lightning-fast local delivery for a flat rate of $4.99 within a 10km radius of our shop. For all other areas, we provide nationwide shipping via Canada Post with rates calculated live at checkout.

What happens if I fail the age verification check?

If an order is placed by a minor or if the recipient cannot provide valid ID at the door, the package will be returned to our shop. In these cases, the order will be refunded minus the original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
